Beijing Firstar Electronic Equipment Limited

　　 Beijing Firstar Electronic Equipment Limited is a private-owned Hi-tech company, a solution provider for diesel engine starting under low-temperature. Since 1993, Firstar has cooperated with Tsinghua University on the research and development of PTC Pre-heating starter for diesel. The product was tested by the Testing Center of People's Liberation Army, Agriculture Machinery R&D center of Ministry of Agriculture, National Arms Corporation, and the State Automobile Testing Center. It is the unique product in China which can help diesel engine start under -45°C. It substantially reduces the pollution of diesel engines when they start under cold weather, without any negative efforts on the performance of the engine.

　　Firstar is located in Zhongguancun Hi-Tech Area and has substantial R&D capabilities with its cooperation with Tsinghua University. It meets the increasing demands on diesel performance by the customers.
